General Description |
The SS1626 is a unipolar Hall effect sensor IC fabricated from mixed signal CMOS technology. The device integrates a voltage regulator, Hall sensor with dynamic offset cancellation system, Schmitt trigger and an CMOS inverter output driver, all in a single package. The circuit design provides an internally controlled clocking mechanism to service in applications requiring extended operating lifetime in battery powered systems. |
